You must go through the U.S. House of Representatives web server, know your 9 digit zipcode (46151-9133), fill out two (2) forms, answer a simple question (to prevent spam), then scroll down a greeting from Representative Buyer before you can begin composing your email. Once you send your email, you will get a new screen that includes the following statement:
"Due to security issues, I am unable to respond to you directly via email. In the meantime, I will respond to you via postal mail. Once these issues are resolved, we will revisit this medium of exchange."
